This charming Pueblo style house, is located just 6 minutes away from downtown by car, in a cohousing, peaceful and nurturing environment, close to nature, along the Santa Fe river and facing a park. The Santa Fe River Trail gives you access by foot or bike directly to the heart of town.
A double exposure to northwest and southeast gives a variety of outside spaces to enjoy in any season or time of the day; keeping cool on the summer and being warm in winter. The shaded courtyard with bricks is decorated with pottered plants, and is easy to take care.
On ground floor, an open kitchen has its own door on the courtyard. It is fully equipped with table for 6, a refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and cabinets. The living room has a convertible sofa and opens on an intimate covered patio at the back of the house with dining space and a sofa. You can even sleep there during summer nights. Some steps lead to a charming enclosed Japanese garden. The first bedroom has its own access from outside, with a twin bed and its own sink. A second twin bed rolls under it. A second bedroom has a twin futon sofa, it can also be used as an office. In the bathroom, the steam room/shower decorated with pebbles can accommodate up to four people.
Upstairs is the master suite with a queen size bed and a wooden floor, the bathroom is equipped by a bathtub and a shower. Two windows offer a superb view on the mountains and Santa Fe River. A door leads to a balcony on the northwest that offers a shaded space for relaxation.
TV in the living room and high speed WIFI is included. No pets, no smoking at all. Attention has been paid in the use of green cleaning products; however, if you are environmentally highly sensitive, I cannot guarantee this place would be adequate for you.
